Eine ca. einstündige Wave holt uns sanft ab, lässt uns eskalieren, alles rauslassen und wieder weich landen. Sweaty, warm, cathartic, calm.
Kein Unterricht. Keine Performance. Kein richtig. Dafür viel Platz und Musik, um einfach alles rauszulassen.
